Service Learning

In partnership with the MSU Center for Service Learning and Civic Engagement and with various Detroit-based organizations, Detroit M.A.D.E. scholars will engage in a day of service. The day promotes and facilitates action and conversation around topics of civic responsibility, activism and citizenship in strengthening communities.

Students are also encouraged to look for extended service-learning projects by visiting the MSU Center for Service Learning and Civic Engagement website.
