Terria L. Crank is the Detroit M.A.D.E scholars program Student Engagement Coordinator, located in Bessy Hall. She has her Bachelors of Science in Women & Gender Studies and a Masters of Education in Higher Education from Grand Valley State University. Terria is very passionate about helping students transition in all facets from high school into college and exposing students to new opportunities for their development and engagement on campus while also helping them take their big picture goals and making them into reality.

Dr. Jun Fu is the data analyst for the Neighborhood Student Success Center (NSSC). With rich experiences in higher-education research, teaching, and program evaluation, she leads or conducts holistic assessment and data analytics activities for the Center and other Pathway Programs with a lens of DEI. An educational psychologist by training, she adopts an integrated lens to analyze the motivational, social, and cultural factors that shape learning and instruction.

Jieron Robinson is the Assistant Director for the TRIO Student Support Services (SSS) program. He provides strategic leadership and coordination for the academic operations, student advising services, data management, and non-academic programming functions of the TRIO SSS program.

Before joining the TRIO SSS team in the Spring of 2023, he served in a variety of roles at the University of Michigan, Kennesaw State University, and Eastern Michigan University, working in library services, student employment, advising/academic success, multicultural services, LGBTQIA+ student programs, Honors education, and DEI.
